NOMINATING:
-Repetition: The same person/desk can be nominated by multiple people and there is no limit to how many times someone can be nominated.

-Nominee Types: You may nominate yourself or someone else. If you nominate someone else, however, we would like to have your contact information as well to easily notify the winner.

ELIGIBILITY:
-Location: Desk must be located within 25 miles of downtown Seattle (zip code 98101) to be eligible to win.

-Timing: Winner must be available to have organizing services performed between January 28, 2013 and February 8, 2013. Minimum of 3 hours of work performed per day/session.

-FAQs: Please read our FAQ list (linked in the footer of the website) for organizing sessions as the mentioned policies will apply to the winner’s organizing session(s).

-Service Agreement: Winner will sign and agree to operating policies governing typical organizing projects of this type upon commencement of project work.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
-Photo release: All photographs submitted with nominations or taken during the process will remain property of Innovatively Organized and may be used for marketing or other purposes in the future. Photographs may be taken by Innovatively Organized or our partner, LV Santiago Photography. Winner authorizes and permits photographs to be taken of space and organizing project from the start (before), during the efforts, and at the end (after).

-Privacy: Names, desk/office photographs, and identifying information of the top five finalists may be revealed to the public for purposes of voting. If you would like a nominee (whether yourself or someone else) to remain anonymous prior to the winner being revealed (at which time they may be named publicly) please send a direct email to [email protected]. If an email is not sent directly, nominees are subject to identifying information and photographs of their desks being shared.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
-Submission of the contest entry form is considered to be consent and agreement to contest policies and rules and indicates that entrant meets eligibility requirements.

Quick Tips

For large, time-consuming tasks, break them down into smaller sub-tasks and spread them out over the day or week.
If you can respond to an email in 2 minutes or less, tackle it now.
When organizing your paper files, avoid labels like “miscellaneous” and “random.”  You’ll encounter difficulties finding them later.
